Online Purchases--Return Policy

Our Goal: 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from Tel-Tru or wish to cancel an order, please call us at 800-232-5335 or e-mail us at info@teltru.com. Please reference your ORDER ID number on all correspondence.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking charge will be applied to any non-defective order cancelled or returned.  Once an order has shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.  Purchases made by a credit card may only be exchanged or a credit issued to your account.
